Banking – Global Top 50 – Santander

  • Head of Innovation, responsible for the strategy and establishment of the Digital Transformation and Innovation unit for Banco Santander Mexico. 4th largest bank with 1,223 branches, 8,866 ATMs and 19,000 staff serving 17.8 million customers
    • Within 2 years of inception, completed a full –and across the board– Digital Transformation Plan and implementation roadmap including bringing talent, building assets, etc.
    • Within 1 year, digital and mobile customers were growing at middle double digits

Technology Service Provider

Led the start up and establishment of Yellowpepper (YP) operations in Mexico. YP is a mobile banking and payment solution, enabling real-time payments between card, account and blockchain networks, through a set of Identity and Payment APIs. Both IFC and Visa are investors.

Global Management Consultant – McKinsey, AT Kearney​

  • Led assignments across multiple industries, including Financial Services, Retail, Travel and Consumer Goods.
