Banking – Global Top 50 – CIBC, TD, BMO, Scotiabank, AMEX
- Led a $45 million initiative that integrated digital real-time Canada-U.S. cross border payments.
- Acquired new clients and cards portfolio billings with the launch of US Dollar Aventura Gold Visa and Aventura Visa Infinite Privilege credit cards tailored to Private Wealth.
- Led the end-to-end digital transformation of the CIBC retail credit risk adjudication platform.
- UGO Mobile Solutions, a FinTech seeded by TD Bank. As Product Leader, led wallet strategy from inception to launch. First to issue digital receipts. 1 million cards with over 300K new users.
- Rejuvenated cards portfolio; five (5) new credit cards, pre-paid card, and three (3) new loyalty rewards programs. Revitalized the Air Miles loyalty rewards and launched digital fulfillment.
- First in Canada, EMV Chip and PIN technology and migrated over six million BMO card customers.
- Launched Amex Platinum Card in nine countries across Latin America and the Caribbean. Grew billings and associated fee revenue of over $30 million.
